Immunization Schedules

The New Mexico Department of Health has adopted the following immunization schedules for 2026 in accordance with New Mexico Administrative Code 7.5.2–7.5.4 and 7.5.6. These schedules will be used per the New Mexico Immunization Act (24-5-1, NMSA 1978) as a basis for those immunizations required of children attending licensed childcare and licensed early childhood care programs and public, private, home or parochial schools in the state and recommendations for adults residing in the state. The following schedules do not add additional requirements to the School and Daycare Immunization Requirements. More information on school requirements and exemptions can be found on the Immunization Requirements for Schools page.

The New Mexico Department of Health will maintain its full vaccination recommendations for children and adults. We remain committed to ensuring all New Mexicans have access to the full schedule of vaccines.
